T1 Birch - reduce the height of the tree by 2 metres and shape to reduce risk of failure and reduce branches away from the building. T2 Oak - massive oak to reduce back by 2 metres so it is away from the building and crown clean to give more space to the building and allow more light and air to circulate. T3 Oak - deadwood.
